We help real estate agents market listings through professional media and a smooth, reliable client experience. What the Job Looks Like You will travel to homes throughout Columbia and nearby areas to capture media for real estate listings using our trained step-by-step process. No editing is required for this role. We provide the gear, training, and systems needed for success in the field. Your job is to arrive prepared, communicate well, follow the process, and create a great experience for the client and homeowner.
Typical responsibilities include:
Traveling to homes throughout Columbia and surrounding areas Capturing property photos using our company process Learning and performing all core services offered by the company Communicating professionally with agents and homeowners Keeping appointments organized and running smoothly Following checklists and company procedures Uploading media files at the end of the day Representing Property Exposure Media with professionalism and care We offer flexibility in scheduling, and team members have some control over their work hours and availability. With that flexibility comes the expectation of punctuality, reliability, and good time management. Real estate tends to be busier in the spring and summer and slower in the winter, so hours may vary throughout the year.
