Looking for a career where your "office" might be a construction site, commercial property, new neighborhood, or 900+ acres of land waiting for what comes next? This hands-on role works alongside our Development and Property Managers on: Residential lot development Construction projects & field inspections Commercial property management Management of 900+ acres held for future development Coordination with homebuilders, contractors, engineers, vendors & tenants Project schedules, budgets, inspections & documentation We're looking for someone who is: Organized and detail-oriented A strong communicator and problem solver Comfortable juggling multiple projects Ready to spend time in the field, not just behind a desk Experienced in real estate, construction, development, or a related field Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. 1-3 years of progressive real estate experience preferred.
