Compensation:
$115,500 - $196,500 yearly
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring they feel informed and confident every step of the way. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting and networking. Collaborate with our team to strategize and implement effective marketing plans for property listings. Utilize our tools and resources to convert leads into loyal clients, fostering long-term relationships. Stay informed about local market trends and property values to provide clients with accurate and timely advice. Schedule and conduct property showings, open houses, and client meetings, both in-person and virtually. Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
Active or soon-to-be licensed real estate agent in South Dakota. Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally. Proven track record of setting and achieving personal goals, demonstrating your drive and ambition. Comfortable using technology and online tools to enhance client interactions and manage tasks. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
