We're looking for a producer who wants to sell, serve clients, and build a valuable book of business. You bring the effort and the relationships. We provide the leads, the training, the technology, and the carrier access. What you'll do

• Work warm opportunities from our existing client relationships
• Write home, auto, umbrella, and commercial insurance
• Build your own relationships and referral network
• Serve clients well and retain the business you write

• Warm leads generated through our other financial services activities
• Sixteen carrier appointments through a true independent agency
• Conditional licensing sponsorship and reimbursement for qualified candidates
• Modern CRM, agency technology, and phone system
• Computer and hardware provided
• Brentwood office available Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity.

100% commission, no base salary. $30,000 to $60,000 in your first year. There is no cap on the commissions you earn. Your split rises from 65% to 80% on new business and from 35% to 70% on renewals as your production grows. Quarterly production bonuses on top of commission — $1,000 at 15 policies in a quarter, rising with production. Renewal income compounds year over year as your book builds, so year two and beyond are materially higher than year one. Business written from agency-supplied leads stays with the agency. Business you produce yourself is yours. Produce more. Keep more. Who we're looking for Insurance experience helps. The right person matters more.
