We are a reputable title company that has been providing professional real estate closing services since 1998. We are proudly owned by Acrisure, LLC, a national organization with hundreds of title companies across the United States—offering the stability of a large corporation with the close-knit culture of a local office. Position Overview The Real Estate Closer is responsible for conducting residential real estate closings and serving as the primary point of contact at the closing table for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and confidence in explaining closing documents and answering client questions. Responsibilities Conduct in-person real estate closings Explain closing documents clearly and accurately to all parties Provide excellent customer service in a professional setting Ensure all documents are properly executed and notarized Work closely with internal staff, lenders, and real estate professionals Qualifications Experience conducting real estate closings preferred; will consider training the right candidate Strong communication and interpersonal skills Confidence working directly with clients and professionals Must be a Notary Public Exceptional attention to detail Professional appearance and demeanor Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay, based on experience Monday-Friday work schedule Paid holidays, vacation, and sick time 401(k) with employer match Excellent health insurance options How to Apply Please send your resume to: Angie Barber (
