• Job Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent or Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leasing activities and maintaining positive tenant relationships at our properties.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants
• Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Prepare and execute leases in accordance with property standards
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• Address tenant concerns and inquiries promptly
• Maintain accurate records of prospective and current tenants
• Collaborate with property management to ensure efficient operation
