Join Our Team! We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our team at our beautiful 252-unit apartment community . If you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people find their next home, we'd love to hear from you!
Position Summary:
As a Leasing Professional, you will be the first point of contact for prospective residents and play a key role in maintaining high occupancy through exceptional customer service, effective sales techniques, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist prospective residents in person, over the phone, and online. Conduct engaging property tours and highlight community features and amenities. Respond promptly to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospects. Process rental applications and lease agreements accurately. Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market conditions. Build positive relationships with current residents and assist with resident retention efforts. Coordinate move-ins and provide an outstanding resident experience. Maintain accurate leasing records and update property management software. Assist with marketing initiatives, outreach, and community events. Ensure the leasing office and model apartments are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency; experience with property management software is a plus. Weekend availability required.
