Join a top-performing real estate team & grow your career with us! Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and organized Real Estate Agent/Admin to join our team. This role combines client-facing responsibilities with administrative support, providing an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about real estate and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This position offers a chance to grow within a professional environment focused on integrity, excellence, and client satisfaction. Duties Assist clients throughout the buying and selling by providing expert guidance and negotiation support. Manage property listings, marketing campaigns, and open houses to attract potential buyers or tenants. Prepare and review contracts, disclosures, and legal documents in compliance with Fair Housing regulations and real estate law. Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and administrative documentation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Conduct market research to stay informed about local real estate trends and pricing strategies. Support other agents with listing and transaction coordination (deadlines, docs, communication). Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with clients and team members. Create and manage task lists, timelines, and follow-ups. Assist with contract-to-close workflow (Dotloop experience a plus). Manage document organization and accuracy (files, disclosures, addenda, etc.). Update CRM notes/tasks and help keep client communication organized (Follow Up Boss). Help with scheduling, reminders, and general administrative support. Qualifications Proven experience in real estate administration or sales preferred; relevant administrative experience is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to effectively advocate for clients' interests. Excellent marketing skills to promote listings through various channels. Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, real estate law, and property management practices. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—along with outstanding organizational abilities. Customer service-oriented mindset with a professional demeanor. Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with real estate software platforms and administrative tools is preferred.
Strong admin skills:
organization, prioritization, attention to detail. Experience in real estate admin/transaction coordination. Must be a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of TN.
