Key Responsibilities:

Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, from initial contact to signed lease Maintain accurate resident and property files Ensure model units and tour paths are clean and show-ready Stay informed on current availability, rental rates, lease terms, and property policies Conduct daily property walks and unit inspections Respond to resident requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency Support marketing and outreach efforts, including social media engagement and local business networking Uphold all Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Prior leasing experience preferred. Strong customer service/sales background required. Strong communication skills Basic computer proficiency Comfortable using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Able to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player Availability to work Saturdays Join a team that values your contribution and supports your growth.
