Schedule:

Monday through friday Position Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Leasing Consultant to support leasing operations and provide excellent service to current and prospective residents. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong occupancy and creating a positive community experience. Responsibilities Greet and assist prospective residents with tours, applications, and leasing information Follow up with leads and maintain strong communication throughout the leasing process Process applications, prepare lease agreements, and ensure accurate documentation Support resident relations by addressing questions and concerns professionally Assist with marketing efforts, online listings, and community outreach Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and model units Collaborate with the property management team to meet occupancy goals Requirements Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and sales skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and stay organized Basic computer skills; experience with property management software is a plus Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
