We are searching for a
LEASING SPECIALIST
for our beautiful apartment community
A LEASING SPECIALIST
is very service oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has great customer service and enjoys helping customers
Essential Duties:
Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including leasing apartments, preparing lease paperwork and assisting to ensure a smooth move-in. Respond to in-person, phone and email inquiries, which includes providing leasing information, making appointments and creating and following up with maintenance requests. Greet clients, assess needs, answer questions and provide tours of the apartments and community. Greets prospective residents, qualifies, determines needs and preferences, professionally presents community and specific apartments while communicating features and benefits. Correctly completes all lease applications, assists with application verification and notifies prospective residents of results. Types miscellaneous resident communication as needed. Completes all lease paperwork including related addendums and accepts rental payments. Requirements include maintaining good leasing and closing skills, being and staying organized.
Qualifications:
Exceptional scheduling and organizational skills Computer literate, specifically MS Word, Excel (advanced level preferred) and Outlook for Windows 1 year of experience required Maintain a valid Driver's License Some weekends required. Background and drug screening. Great pay, commissions and benefits!
