Insurance Sales Producer (Commission-Driven)

This is a performance-driven sales role with clear production expectations. If you are not motivated by commission, quotas, and closing, this will not be the right fit.

Minimum expectation:

15+ new business items per month after ramp period. Top producers exceed 20+ items consistently. The Stewart Kile Agency is seeking a motivated, production-focused Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to generate new business and grow our client base. This is a sales position for someone who wants to control their income and build a long-term career in insurance. What You'll Do Prospect and acquire new customers (Auto, Home, Life, Commercial) Cross-sell and round out existing client accounts Develop referral sources and community relationships Follow up consistently and close decisively Track weekly production goals What We're Looking For Active Texas General Lines license (P&C and Life not required but willing to obtain) Competitive, self-driven personality Strong phone and communication skills Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas Comfortable asking for the sale Coachable and goal-oriented Professional appearance and presence Prior commission-based sales experience strongly preferred. Insurance experience is a plus. Compensation & Income Potential Base pay + tiered commission structure Higher commission levels available for proven producers. Renewal income builds long term six figure potential. Performance bonuses Top producers earn $75,000-$100,000+ annually. Minimum production expectations apply.
