Job Description

Premier Property Management is a unique, boutique-styled management company whose goal is to enhance growth, stimulate learning, and empower our team members to push the boundaries of success which continues to make Premier a driving force in the property management industry. We are looking for Part-Time Community Assistants for our student property in College Station, TX. We would like to fill these positions as soon as possible. The Community Assistant is the community's sales representative whose primary duties are to greet clients, present the features and benefits of their assigned community professionally while properly securing lease agreements from qualified persons. Additional job duties for this position are as follows: (to include but not limited to) Ensure property is leased to maximum capacity. Greet prospects and qualify by covering all leasing criteria. Have prospects complete an application and secure deposit in accordance with the company procedures and Fair Housing requirements. Ensure apartment is ready for resident move-in on agreed date. Monitor advertising effectiveness. Gather information about market competition in the area. Maintain curb appeal of the exterior of your property and buildings to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with implementing resident retention programs and resident activities.
Required Education and Experience:
(to include but not limited to) High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Some property management and/or sales experience is preferred.
