LIHTC Leasing Agent Location:
Euless, TX Are you a results-driven leasing professional with a passion for affordable housing? We're looking for an experienced LIHTC Leasing Agent who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at marketing, and knows how to close leases while maintaining strict compliance standards. What You'll Do Own and drive all leasing activity with a target of 40% weekly leasing ratio Process applications, manage residents, and run reports using YARDI Prepare and execute leases using Bluemoon and TAA Lease forms Lead property marketing efforts, including: Daily social media posting and engagement Grassroots outreach and local partnerships Creative strategies to increase traffic and conversions Deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and residents Conduct tours, process applications, and ensure full LIHTC compliance Support lease-up efforts, including weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) until 95% occupancy is achieved What You Bring 2+ years of LIHTC leasing experience (required) Strong working knowledge of LIHTC compliance regulations Proficiency with YARDI and Bluemoon/TAA Lease systems Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting leasing goals Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outreach and marketing Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Why Join Us Competitive pay + performance-based leasing bonuses Ongoing training and career development opportunities Collaborative, supportive team environment Opportunity to make a real impact in the affordable housing community Apply today and help connect residents with quality, affordable housing while advancing your career in a growing industry.
