Responsible for supporting all front-office leasing and marketing functions. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional first impression for prospective residents, driving occupancy, and supporting resident satisfaction efforts through strong communication and service. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and motivated by achieving measurable results. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for prospective residents—engaging with walk-ins, phone inquiries, online leads, and scheduled tours. Build rapport with potential residents, understand their housing needs, and provide guided community and apartment tours aimed at converting leads to leases. Manage appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, and detailed documentation of prospect interactions in the property management system. Maintain full familiarity with available units, pricing options, amenities, and competitor offerings; assist with completing routine market research. Support leasing and marketing initiatives that increase visibility, lead generation, and resident engagement. Assist in planning and executing resident programs and community events to enhance retention and satisfaction. Receive and enter resident service requests and ensure timely follow-up to confirm satisfactory completion. Perform office and administrative duties as needed, supporting efficient daily operations. Maintain regular and reliable attendance and a professional, polished representation of the community at all times. Qualifications Minimum of two years of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality; multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using property management or CRM systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Ability to work a flexible schedule including rotating Saturday's (closed Sunday's) Success Characteristics Goal-driven with a commitment to meeting leasing and conversion performance targets.
