The Cannon Team at LPT Realty is built around real coaching — weekly one-on-ones, live deal strategy, scripts and role-play, and a mentor who actually picks up the phone when you're mid-negotiation. Whether you just got licensed or you've been grinding solo and want a sharper edge, you'll have someone in your corner who's closed the deals you're trying to close. Here's what that looks like day to day: Team-provided leads so you're talking to real buyers and sellers, not cold-calling for scraps A structured onboarding and coaching program (not a "shadow someone and good luck") Direct access to a producing mentor for live deal support Full back-office support: marketing, listing management, and transaction coordination A clear path from your first close to a consistent, repeatable pipeline This is a fit if you are: Newly licensed and want to ramp fast without learning everything the hard way, or Experienced and tired of plateauing without real support behind you Coachable, organized, and willing to follow a proven process Comfortable with the tech and systems that drive modern real estate
Requirements:
Active Texas Real Estate License (or in progress) Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset The details: Full-time, commission-based.
