- 9:00PM), Occasional Weekends Starting Hourly $20.75 + Uncapped Bonus On average Sales Appointment Confirmers earn an additional $500
- 1,000 a month in bonuses with top performers taking home well over $1,500!

Responsibilities:
Make inbound and outbound calls to qualify potential customers and confirm appointments with homeowners Use a proven script to keep conversations moving and overcome objections Consistently hit clear and achievable monthly metrics and earn your bonuses! Stay sharp on the phone and take clear notes Work within a team and attend regular training and meetings centered around skill coaching and career development
Qualifications :
Clear and Direct Communication Skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a larger team Bilingual in Spanish is a plus Experience with Google Sheets/Excel is a
