Compensation:
$125,000 - $225,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Guide clients through property tours, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their decisions. Collaborate with our team to schedule and coordinate showings, maximizing your time and client satisfaction. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, tailoring each showing experience. Provide timely feedback to the lead agent on client interactions and property insights, enhancing our service quality. Stay informed on local market trends and property values to offer clients accurate and relevant information. Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor, building trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike. Utilize our systems and tools to track client interactions and progress, ensuring seamless follow-up and communication.
Qualifications:
Real Estate License or in the process of getting one. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, ensuring clients feel heard and understood. Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and colleagues, fostering trust and collaboration. Familiarity with the Killeen-Temple-Fort Hood, TX real estate market, or a willingness to learn quickly. Ability to manage time efficiently, coordinating multiple showings and maximizing client satisfaction. Comfortable using technology and systems to track client interactions and streamline communication. Professional demeanor and an approachable personality make clients feel welcome and valued during every interaction.
