Overview Join our dynamic team as a Leasing Agent and become the key driver in connecting prospective tenants with their ideal homes! In this vibrant role, you will actively promote available properties, provide exceptional customer service, and facilitate smooth leasing processes. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will help create positive experiences for clients while ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and industry standards. Duties Engage with prospective tenants through in-person tours, phone calls, and digital communication to showcase property features and benefits. Negotiate lease terms, rental prices, and move-in incentives to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize sales technology tools to track leads, manage client information, and streamline leasing workflows. Conduct market analysis to stay informed about current real estate trends, competitive offerings, and local market conditions. Maintain detailed records of property listings, tenant interactions, and leasing documentation in accordance with administrative procedures. Ensure all leasing activities adhere to Fair Housing laws and other relevant real estate regulations. Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate move-ins, lease renewals, and tenant retention strategies. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, customer service, or real estate practices with a focus on negotiation and deal closing. Strong communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse client bases. Familiarity with marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and promote property listings effectively. Knowledge of real estate market analysis, industry trends, and fair housing regulations to inform decision-making. Experience practicing real estate law and managing real estate administrative tasks is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to adopt sales technology tools for lead management and reporting purposes.
