As a busy and evolving apartment community, we are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys building relationships, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for both prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate is friendly, patient, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. While previous leasing experience is preferred, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow within our company. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required. Responsibilities As a Leasing Agent, you will be an essential part of the daily operations of our community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greeting every resident and prospect with warmth, professionalism, and kindness. Providing exceptional customer service while building positive relationships with residents and prospects. Conducting apartment tours and assisting prospective residents in finding the perfect home. Managing the leasing process from application through lease execution. Processing rental applications accurately and efficiently. Maintaining resident files and lease documentation. Answering incoming phone calls with excellent phone etiquette. Responding promptly and professionally to resident, prospect, and manager emails. Opening and closing the leasing office each day. Conducting move-in inspections and ensuring apartment readiness. Performing daily property walks to maintain community standards. Delivering resident notices. Following up with residents regarding work orders and community-related projects. Planning and coordinating resident appreciation events. Maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked leasing office. Monitoring office supply inventory and communicating ordering needs before supplies run low. Working closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Team to ensure an exceptional resident experience. Completing additional duties as assigned to support the success of the community. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess: Previous customer service experience (required) Previous apartment leasing or property management experience (preferred) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities Professional phone etiquette Attention to detail with accurate data entry and recordkeeping Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated with a positive, solution-oriented attitude Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience Experience with Entrata or other property management software (preferred) Ability to read, write, and understand English Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred but not required) Willingness to learn, adapt, and embrace company policies and culture Schedule Our office hours are: Monday•
