This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has strong customer service skills, and wants to grow their experience in multifamily property management. We are especially interested in someone who is looking to grow with Wayfare Communities over time , take on additional responsibility, and build a long-term career within the company. We are looking for someone who can confidently represent our community, connect with prospective residents, support current residents, and take initiative in helping the team succeed. What You'll Do Greet prospective and current residents and provide excellent customer service. Respond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in person. Conduct apartment and community tours. Follow up with prospects and assist them throughout the leasing process. Assist with rental applications, documentation, and move-ins. Maintain knowledge of current availability, pricing, floor plans, amenities, and community policies. Help support leasing goals, renewals, resident retention, and occupancy. Assist residents with general questions and service needs. Help plan and execute resident events and community activities. Assist with social media content, marketing initiatives, and outreach efforts. Help keep the leasing office, models, amenities, and tour route organized and presentation-ready. Assist with market surveys and competitor research. Perform general administrative and office duties as needed. Work closely with management, leasing, and maintenance to provide a consistent resident experience. Follow Fair Housing requirements and all company policies. Assist with additional community projects and responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and comfortable talking with people. Dependable and punctual. Organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Able to follow through on tasks and prospect follow-up. Comfortable with phones, email, computers, social media, and learning new software. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Coachable, team-oriented, and willing to learn. Interested in growing their knowledge of the multifamily industry and advancing with Wayfare Communities as opportunities become available . Previous experience in leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not required. Schedule This is a part-time position with weekday availability and every other Saturday from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM required. Some flexibility may occasionally be needed for resident events or other community activities.
