Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our established real estate brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day office operations, oversee transaction compliance, and spearhead our property marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities 1.
Listing & Marketing Management MLS Administration:
Input and update property listings, photos, and status changes accurately within the MLS.
Marketing Collateral:
Design and distribute digital flyers, brochures, and open house materials.
Digital Presence:
Manage and update the brokerage's social media channels, website and marquee to boost brand visibility. 2.
Contract & Compliance Tracking Transaction Coordination:
Review all transaction paperwork for completeness and compliance with brokerage policies.
File Management:
Maintain organized digital and physical client files from contract to close.
Deadline Monitoring:
Track critical contract contingencies, earnest money deposits, and inspection timelines. 3.
Client & Office Operations First Impression:
Answer inbound phone calls, route messages, and warmly greet clients and visitors.
Showing Scheduling:
Coordinate property showings, inspections, and appraisals between agents, clients, and vendors.
Office Upkeep:
Maintain office supplies, handle incoming mail, and ensure a professional office environment.
Qualifications Experience:
2-3 years of administrative experience (real estate, title, or mortgage industry experience is preferred but not required).
Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and tech-savvy enough to learn real estate software (MLS, zipForm).
Traits:

Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
