WETC - Westside Education and Training Center Requisition #: req13806 Outside working hours if other than M-F 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Monday - Thursday, 6pm-9pm, In-Person Job Summary and Description Position responsible for teaching Continuing Education classes. Continuing Education Instructors are hired in a part-time capacity contingent upon the needs of the department. Classes are offered during daytime, evenings, and weekends as well as some College holidays. Classes are offered at various times and locations during the academic year. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience:
Associate's degree in real estate, business, education, or a related field; or a combination of training, education, and experience that equates to the required degree. General knowledge of real estate principles, practices, and industry standards. Three (3) years of work-related experience in the real estate industry or related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, education, or a related field. Five (5) years of active experience as a licensed real estate professional with at least three (3) years of teaching or training experience. Strong working knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and industry practices.
Licenses and Certifications:
