This opportunity is ideal for CRE professionals who understand property owners, rent rolls, cap rates, and asset strategy and want to convert those relationships into long-term recurring income. Producers who actively leverage their existing networks have a realistic path to six-figure on-target earnings in Year 1, with significant upside as renewal income compounds. Why This Role Makes Sense for CRE Brokers Earn recurring renewal income instead of one-time transaction commissions Work with the same property owners, managers, and developers you already know Monetize relationships beyond sales and leasing Build an asset-based revenue stream tied to property portfolios Uncapped commission structure Insurance in the CRE space is relationship-driven and consultative β not cold-call driven. What You'll Do Develop and close commercial real estate insurance accounts (property owners, operators, developers) Review Statements of Value (SOVs), rent rolls, and property schedules (training provided) Work with carriers and wholesale partners to structure coverage programs Maintain a strong pipeline of commercial accounts Collaborate with account managers to deliver best-in-class client service No prior insurance experience required if you bring CRE knowledge and strong relationship skills Ideal Background Commercial real estate broker, associate, or asset manager Strong network of property owners or operators Comfortable reviewing financials and property data Relationship-driven and entrepreneurial Willing to obtain a Texas General Lines - Property & Casualty license Compensation $50,000 base salary while building your book Uncapped commissions on new business Ongoing renewal commissions $100k+ OTE in year 1 Top producers build six-figure recurring books tied to long-term property portfolios.
