Whether you have previous real estate experience or simply have a strong administrative background, we're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and grow. The Real Estate Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to the Real Estate department by maintaining property records, organizing lease documentation, tracking important deadlines, coordinating property-related information, and assisting with real estate taxes, property documentation, and reporting. This position partners with Finance, Operations, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to help ensure accurate property records and support the day-to-day administrative functions of our growing real estate portfolio.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Maintain organized electronic and physical property files. Assist with lease administration and property documentation. Track lease renewals, expiration dates, and critical deadlines. Support real estate tax administration and maintain tax records. Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal departments. Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel. Assist with onboarding new restaurant locations and property transitions. Maintain accurate property and asset databases. Support audits and documentation requests. Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling, filing, and document preparation. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
Previous administrative or office support experience required. Real estate, property management, leasing, title company, or commercial real estate experience is preferred but not required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Professional communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. This position operates in an office environment and may require occasional travel to restaurant locations. Duties include prolonged sitting, standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally, and the ability to use standard office equipment.
