Bachelor's degree in legal studies Maintenance management Cross-functional collaboration Business Communication skills Cross-functional communication Full Job Description Role Overview Mobilelink USA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Leasing Transaction Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of real estate transactions across our retail portfolio. This role is responsible for lease negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, landlord coordination, and ongoing lease administration. The ideal candidate will serve as a key partner to internal teams including construction, operations, and finance, ensuring seamless execution of all real estate activities. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and manage leases, renewals, amendments, and related legal documents Interpret lease terms and provide internal guidance on obligations and risk exposure Negotiate Letters of Intent (LOIs) and lease agreements for new sites and relocations Manage acquisitions and dispositions, including PSA review, tracking critical dates, and closing coordination Draft and manage Asset Purchase Agreements (APAs) for store sales and dispositions Oversee lease assignments pre- and post-closing Negotiate and manage lease buyouts related to store closures Review and manage estoppels and SNDAs Handle landlord disputes and resolve lease-related issues Manage landlord maintenance issues (HVAC, plumbing, utilities, access, etc.) Coordinate with construction teams on space condition, turnover timelines, and delivery dates Manage site submissions and approvals for new stores and relocations Maintain and manage lease data within internal platforms. Coordinate landlord approvals for signage, space plans, and store events Draft and send welcome letters post-closing, including COI and ACH information Manage turnover and delivery notifications, including utilities, rent commencement, and compliance documentation Review and analyze CAM reconciliations and request supporting documentation Support rent payment decisions related to openings and closings, including dispute identification Manage shared real estate inbox, including landlord communications, COI requests, and maintenance issues Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Legal Studies, or a related field preferred 3-7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, leasing, or transaction management Strong knowledge of lease agreements, real estate transactions, and contract negotiation Experience managing acquisitions, dispositions, and landlord relationships Familiarity with lease management systems is a plus Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities Why Work with Us?
