What You'll Do As a Professional Housing Consultant, you will: Guide customers through the home-buying process from initial consultation to closing. Sell manufactured, modular, and tiny homes along with financing solutions. Build relationships with prospective customers and identify their housing needs. Generate new business through referrals, networking, and social media marketing. Promote homes and communities through digital marketing and community outreach. Educate customers on financing options and assist with the loan application process. Coordinate with office staff, lenders, and management to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Maintain product knowledge on homes, floor plans, financing programs, and lenders. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications We're looking for individuals who are: Bilingual in Spanish and English Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused Competitive and motivated by performance-based income Comfortable building relationships and closing sales Professional with strong communication skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media for business development Organized with strong follow-up skills Available to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) Sales experience is preferred but not required.
