The Green at Waco Apartments is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Leasing Agent for our Student Housing community located in Waco, TX.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew Generate leads by conducting effective follow up on the phone & through email Provide exceptional and consistent customer service to our residents & prospects Develop marketing plans with the goal to sustain occupancy as well as staying informed about the current market

Requirements:

Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, student housing, or multifamily experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with prospective residents and parents Comfortable conducting property tours and confidently overcoming objections to close leases Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience managing leads, follow-up activity, and maintaining accurate CRM/property management records Strong understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook with the ability to create engaging content and support leasing campaigns Comfortable appearing in videos and participating in on-site marketing initiatives and resident events Ability to analyze traffic, leasing activity, and conversion opportunities to improve results Professional written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment Comfortable working weekends and flexible hours during peak leasing periods Proficient with Microsoft Office and willingness to learn property management software (Entrata experience preferred) Ability to maintain a positive resident and prospect experience while handling questions and concerns professionally Reliable transportation and ability to support outreach, campus engagement, and local marketing efforts as needed
