Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager Risemark Property Management Waco, TX Job Details Part-time $12 - $16 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Bilingual Customer communication Customer retention Property supervision Property management company experience Marketing Full Job Description Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Leasing Agent / Assistant Manager to join our team. This position plays a key role in leasing apartments, supporting residents, and assisting with the day to day operations of the community. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and enjoys working with people in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities Conduct apartment tours and provide information to prospective residents Follow up with leads and assist in achieving occupancy goals Process rental applications, leases, renewals, and move in paperwork Deliver excellent customer service to current and prospective residents Assist with rent collections, resident accounts, and office administration Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate updates to residents Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies Support marketing efforts, resident retention, and community events Assist with daily property operations and management responsibilities as needed Qualifications Previous leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional appearance and positive attitude Bilingual skills are a plus

$12.00 - $16.00 per hour
