This role is a great opportunity for a Texas-licensed real estate agent who wants hands-on experience, enjoys working with clients, and is looking to grow their career in real estate. Spanish fluency is required for this position. This position is perfect for a newly licensed agent or someone who is starting their real estate career and wants to gain valuable, hands-on experience before transitioning into a full Buyer Agent role. As a Showing Assistant, you will learn the buyer process, work directly with clients, gain confidence in conducting showings, and develop the skills needed to become a successful full-time Buyer Agent. No prior real estate experience is required — we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, dependable, professional, and passionate about helping clients have an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

Conduct property showings for buyer clients Provide a professional and welcoming experience during appointments Communicate showing updates and client feedback with the team Assist with open houses and client events Learn and understand the buyer process from start to finish Work closely with the team to develop the skills necessary to transition into a Buyer Agent role Assist with administrative tasks and support daily team operations Maintain professionalism and represent the team's values when interacting with clients

Qualifications:

Must hold an active Texas Real Estate Sales Agent License Must be fluent in English and Spanish Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, punctual, and dependable Comfortable using technology and real estate platforms Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Customer service or sales experience is a plus Previous real estate experience is a plus, but not required Strong desire to grow and build a career in real estate
