Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program with success. Consistently apply PLACE lead generation tools on a weekly basis. Assist buyers throughout the home purchasing journey, obtaining signed contracts and identifying ideal properties. Represent both buyers and sellers in offer negotiations. Record all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. Conduct at least two open houses every month. Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into confirmed appointments. Take part in weekly script practice sessions following team protocols. Actively participate in team events in line with team expectations. Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls. Counsel sellers, obtain property listings, and promote homes effectively. Apply knowledge of pricing, staging, and other listing services to support sellers. Qualifications Motivated sales expert who excels in overcoming challenges and fostering meaningful relationships. Attentive listener with a talent for identifying issues and delivering effective solutions. Adept at spotting opportunities and turning them into successful outcomes. Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car. Must hold or be actively pursuing a valid Washington Real Estate License (support provided if not yet licensed). Willingness to embrace and master new tools, systems, and technologies.
