Job Description

Summary Description Join us as a Buyer's Agent and collaborate with the top 20% of real estate professionals across North America. Our performance-driven system equips you with comprehensive frameworks, state-of-the-art technology, essential resources, personalized coaching, ongoing training, and committed accountability. By bringing your passion and commitment, you'll open the door to limitless career growth, revenue sharing, health benefits, profit participation, and exclusive opportunities for vesting and investment. Responsibilities Successfully complete the PLACE Launch program. Utilize PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis. Guide buyers through the home-buying process, securing signed agreements and finding suitable properties. Negotiate offers on behalf of both sellers and buyers. Document tasks and activities using PLACE Technology. Host a minimum of two open houses each month. Convert prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. Participate in weekly script practice sessions as outlined by team guidelines. Engage in team activities in accordance with team standards. Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls. Advise sellers, secure property listings, and market their homes effectively. Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services. Qualifications Driven sales professional who thrives on challenges and enjoys building connections. Excellent listener with a knack for identifying and solving problems. Skilled at recognizing opportunities and converting them into successes. Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to travel by car. Must possess or be in the process of obtaining a valid Washington Real Estate License (we offer assistance if not yet licensed). Eagerness to learn and utilize new tools, systems, and technologies.
