Closer/Notary-Refinance Escrow Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and detail-oriented individual to join our title company as a Closer / Notary Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in the real estate and escrow industry. We are willing to train the right candidate who is dependable, organized, and eager to learn refinance closing and escrow processes. This role will include conducting loan document signings as a Notary Public and assisting escrow officers with refinance transactions from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform loan document signings as a Notary Public (or obtain commission if not yet licensed) Guide borrowers through refinance closing documents in a professional manner Ensure all documents are properly signed, notarized, and returned accurately Assist escrow team with opening, processing, and closing refinance files Communicate with lenders, borrowers, and internal staff Help prepare and organize closing packages and documents Provide general administrative support to escrow officers as needed

What We're Looking For:

Willingness to learn escrow, title, and refinance processes Strong attention to detail and accuracy Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset Preferred (but not required): Active Utah Notary Public commission (or willingness to obtain one) Experience in real estate, banking, mortgage, or administrative work Familiarity with loan documents or closings

Training Provided:

We will provide training on refinance closings, escrow support tasks, and industry procedures for the right candidate.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
