Full-time Transaction Coordinator:
We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Coordinator to manage and oversee all aspects of high-end real estate transactions for a world-class brokerage. This role requires independent judgment, strategic coordination, and proactive decision-making to ensure seamless experiences for clients, agents, and thirdparty partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all stages of seller and buyer transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing from listing to closing. Apply independent judgment in contract administration, including review, preparation, and compliance with Utah real estate laws and company policies. Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with third-party vendors, including title/escrow, mortgage, and appraisal companies, making decisions to optimize transaction flow and client satisfaction. Evaluate and resolve transaction issues, delays, or discrepancies, exercising discretion on matters affecting business operations and client outcomes. Maintain and organize all documentation required for broker file compliance and audit readiness. Collaborate with agents to develop strategic plans for transaction management and client communications. Proactively communicate with clients, agents, and vendors to anticipate needs and prevent potential transaction obstacles. Implement and refine company best practices for contracts, earnest money handling, and transaction processing. Utilize multiple platforms and technology systems to streamline operations and maintain accurate records. May be assigned to other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Active Utah Real Estate License or willingness to actively pursue and obtain licensure required. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment and decision-making in real estate transactions. Strong knowledge of contract administration and compliance requirements. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills. Professional communication and relationship management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing multiple priorities.
Competencies:
Strategic coordination of business operations and transaction processes. Proactive identification and resolution of issues with significant impact on transactions or client satisfaction. Strong discretion and independent judgment in executing responsibilities
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $55,000-$60,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and licensure. Candidates with significant relevant experience and active, unrestricted licensure may be considered for a higher salary within or above the stated range.
