Real Estate / Title Industry | Ashburn, VA | $70,000 - $90,000 Annually Are you a title professional who thrives under pressure, takes pride in getting the details right, and knows what it means to carry a file from start to close? This is a back-office closing role where your knowledge and speed matter from day one. You will not be learning the basics here. You will be hitting the ground running in a fast-paced, high-volume environment alongside a team that takes the work seriously and supports each other to get it done.

COMPENSATION

$70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Prepare and send complete title packages to lenders with accuracy and speed Perform title curative work, obtain payoffs, and order HOA information Prepare title and settlement documents for closing Draft Closing Disclosures and ALTA Settlement Statements in coordination with lenders Balance files for closing and ensure all figures are reconciled Respond to inquiries from buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders throughout the closing process Monitor a shared email inbox and manage incoming communications efficiently Handle filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks that keep the operation running smoothly

REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma required; college degree preferred 2 or more years of experience in title or real estate Working knowledge of the Closing Disclosure is strongly preferred Experience managing a high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Qualia preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service orientation and professional interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to multi-task and move seamlessly between files Ready to bring your title expertise to a team that will put it to good use?
