In depth review of title searches, including identification and resolution of title defects. Conduct real estate settlements. Identify and resolve issues related to real estate transactions. Responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships. Qualifications Licensed settlement agent or experience and knowledge to become licensed settlement agent. Strong experience in real estate transactions. Strong and engaging interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
