  • Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Associate Attorney for our busy real estate settlement practice.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your legal expertise while joining a locally owned and highly respected real estate firm. Responsibilities Draft and review a variety of legal documents relevant to real estate practice. In depth review of title searches, including identification and resolution of title defects. Conduct real estate settlements. Advise clients on a variety of real estate issues including the impact on estate and family law issues. Responsible for developing and nurturing business relationships. Teach real estate related legal classes to local real estate community. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the state bar is preferred but not mandatory at the outset. If you are a recent law school grad this is an excellent opportunity to launch your legal career. Strong and engaging public speaking skills. Excellent writing skills with the ability to produce clear and concise legal documents. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail for legal drafting.
