Job Title:
REL Documentation Specialist Location(s): GPO (Pensacola, FL), WCC (Winchester, VA), or HQ (Vienna, VA)
Job Summary:
The REL Documentation Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing real estate lending documentation. This includes ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and process real estate lending documentation. Ensure all documentation meets company and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and documentation for auditing purposes. Provide support to the lending team as needed.
Required Qualifications:
1-5 years of experience in real estate lending or a related field. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ampcus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
