Duties and Responsibilities Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their estate planning needs and objectives. Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to individual client requirements. Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure all estate planning documents are compliant with state and federal laws. Provide ongoing support and advice to clients regarding estate planning products and services. Stay abreast of the latest developments in estate planning and financial regulation to provide informed and up-to-date advice. Participate in training and development sessions to continually enhance your knowledge and skills in estate planning sales. Manage and oversee the preparation of all necessary documentation related to estate planning. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic changes where necessary. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty. Coordinate with the marketing team to craft compelling promotional materials and sales strategies that align with market trends and client needs. Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in estate planning, insurance, or financial services. Strong understanding of estate planning, tax laws, and financial products related to retirement and asset protection. Excellent interpersonal and client management skills to effectively communicate complex financial concepts. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Robust analytical and strategic thinking skills to craft and execute effective sales strategies. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of professionals towards achieving targeted sales objectives. Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Ability to oversee the recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and continual training of a team of agents. Flexibility with schedule to meet client needs and organizational demands.
