Responsibilities Greet prospective tenants promptly and professionally, providing detailed information about available units and community amenities Conduct property tours, highlighting features and answering questions to foster interest and trust Manage lease or rental agreement processes accurately using property management software such as Yardi or OneSite Verify applicant information, including income, rental history, and legal documentation, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and Section 8 guidelines Maintain up-to-date records of leasing activities, applications, and client interactions through data entry and filing systems Negotiate lease terms with prospective tenants while upholding company policies and legal standards Collaborate with team members on marketing strategies, upselling available units, and managing client relationships to maximize occupancy rates Requirements Proven experience in property leasing, property management, or real estate administrative roles Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), and Section 8 programs Familiarity with property management tools such as Yardi, OneSite, or other CRM systems Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette and conflict management abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently including data entry, filing, and contract management in an office environment Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and communication purposes Demonstrated team management skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced setting Knowledge of property maintenance coordination and facilities management is a plus Join us to make a positive impact by connecting residents with their ideal homes!
