Real Estate Operations Manager / Executive Assistant Burlington, VT 05401 $25 an hour - Full-time $25 an hour - Full-time Join an award-winning real estate team at one of the Top 65 Best Places to Work in Vermont! The Lipkin Audette Team is a top-producing real estate team looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Manager / Executive Assistant to run the day-to-day flow of the business and manage transactions from contract to closing. This is not a passive admin role. You'll be the person keeping deals on track, solving problems in real time, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks in a fast-moving environment. As a key member of the team, you'll also support broader operational, administrative, and light marketing efforts while helping deliver an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Own the transaction process from contract through closing Coordinate with agents, lenders, appraisers, attorneys, and clients Responsible for interacting with town officials to ensure all permits are closed Track deadlines, documents, and compliance requirements with precision Build and maintain Excel spreadsheets, reports, and tracking systems Support marketing efforts, including light design (Photoshop) Collaborate on marketing initiatives to enhance visibility in a competitive market Anticipate issues before they arise and keep deals moving forward Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners What Success Looks Like Deadlines are met without reminders Communication is clear, timely, and professional Problems are solved proactively—not escalated unnecessarily Transactions run smoothly with high attention to detail and compliance Clients, vendors, and team members feel supported and informed The team can rely on you to keep everything organized and moving Qualifications Highly detail-oriented and organized Strong multitasking ability with competing priorities Proficient in Excel (required); Microsoft Office Suite; light design experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication Resourceful, dependable, and solution-driven Experience Real estate experience not required, but strongly preferred Background in operations, project coordination, property management, or fast-paced administrative roles is a plus Work Environment Fast-paced, high-accountability team Constantly evolving priorities—no two days are the same Collaborative, team-first culture
