Responsibilities Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes Deliver comprehensive written feedback to validate or adjust clients' search preferences Draft and negotiate offers for sales agents and their clients Dedicate at least 10 hours weekly to lead generation Engage in weekly script practice in accordance with team guidelines Take part in team events as per team standards Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications Enthusiastic about engaging with others and excel at building and sustaining professional connections Strong inclination to assist others, with a dedication to advancing your real estate and leadership expertise Personable and sociable Upbeat and cheerful demeanor Comfortable with extensive driving Skilled at assessing clients' preferences and aligning them with suitable properties Eager to learn and grow Driven and demonstrated track record of success High school diploma Possession of a real estate license About-our-team About Habitat Team At Habitat Team, in collaboration with Place, we are dedicated to equipping our real estate agent partners with the expertise needed to excel in their local markets and communities.
