Job Description

Leasing Consultant Pay:
$25.00 per hour
Schedule:
32-40 hours per week We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at a professionally managed multifamily apartment community. If you enjoy building relationships, helping people find their next home, and working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule Tuesday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Thursday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Friday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Days Off:
Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday 32-40 hours per week based on business needs. Responsibilities Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service. Conduct apartment tours and highlight community amenities. Follow up on leads and convert prospects into residents. Process rental applications and lease agreements. Maintain accurate resident files and leasing records. Assist with resident retention by providing excellent service. Support community marketing efforts, and outreach events. Work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive resident experience. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous leasing, sales, customer service, or property management experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a passion for helping people. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus. Must be dependable, professional, and able to work Saturdays.
