Assistant/Transaction Coordinator Marysville, WA Full Time - $$ DOE Our team is searching for an exceptional and energetic candidate as an innovative assistant / Transaction Coordinator Role. Role will support team leader and agents in their day-to-day activities and time management in order to improve number of team and individuals' closed transactions. Some Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Review team leaders emails and voicemails. Maintain sales reports Maintain weekly sales management report. Enter and maintain contract details / reminders. Communicate with buyers - what's happening, what comes next, etc. Update team Client Database with accurate data. Post to social media accounts and manage campaigns. Communicate with partners - home inspectors, appraisers, lenders, title companies, home stagers, etc. Display individual and team goals and updates regularly. Prepare quarterly meetings. Quarterly newsletters and monthly mailouts Coordinated listings and input them on the MLS Update and maintain out listings on MLS, KWLS and Zillow Stay up to date with office compliance.
Requirements:
Exceptional phone skills/experience. Experience with Google Systems. Exceptional organizational and follow-up skills. Superior interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. High level of motivation to succeed. Real Estate License preferred/not required.
