What You'll Do As a Commercial Broker, you will:

• Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and developers
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Analyze market trends and commercial property values
• Negotiate leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and investment transactions
• Collaborate with industry professionals, lenders, attorneys, contractors, and property owners
• Market commercial listings utilizing KW Commercial's national platform and technology tools
