Benefits for full time employees:
Compensation is $16.50/hr Competitive hour pay PLUS $75.00 new lease Commissions!! Tuition Reimbursement 80 hours of Paid Time off per year

Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community Take personal responsibility and pride in the "Curb Appeal" of the property Ensures appearance of the "model" apartment/s and target apartments are "showing ready" at all times Orchestrates all document preparation and signing with new community members Responsible for ongoing creative marketing efforts through local outreach or postings on marketplace sites such as Craigslist Assists the Property Manager in building and maintaining a resident relations program while receiving mentorship from an experienced industry professional Must be available Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30
PM Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Preferably 1 year experience in Customer Service or Client facing role Proficient in English and conversational Spanish Must have good computer skills and be able to navigate software Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents Equal Opportunity Employer
