This role offers strong earning potential for someone who is motivated, efficient, and takes pride in producing high-quality visual content. Most projects are in the real estate space, including photo, video, and drone work.

Responsibilities:

Capture high-quality photo and video content for real estate and related projects Operate a gimbal (Ronin or similar) to create smooth, cinematic footage Capture aerial photo and video content when needed Work efficiently on-site while maintaining strong attention to detail Collaborate with our team to ensure consistent quality and client satisfaction Assist with creative shot planning when needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in photography and videography Must own professional camera equipment for both photo and video Experience using a Ronin or similar gimbal is required FAA Part 107 certification (required for drone work) Experience operating drones and capturing aerial content Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and camera movement Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Reliable transportation Strong communication skills and a professional attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

Real estate media experience is a plus Fast turnaround mindset and ability to handle multiple shoots per day

Compensation & Perks:
