Pay:
$18.00 - $21.00 per hour Job description: Join the Blue Frog Property Management Team! This role is responsible for showing residential rental units to prospective tenants and performing pre-move out inspections. We are looking for someone who is customer-service focused, works well independently, and is proactively willing to go the extra mile to help the team. Must be energetic and like interacting with people.
Tasks include:
Showing of vacant rental units primarily throughout our Green Bay zone with one day per week in our Lakeshore (Sheboygan/Manitowoc area). Showings may occasionally include locations outside of that target area (no more than a 60-mile radius). Maintaining showing schedules to ensure we have available showings for each vacant unit every week. Make yourself available for showings at times that are convenient to potential applicants, which includes some early evenings and one weekend day. Verifying units being shown are in a rent ready condition up to Blue Frog standards. Placing Blue Frog yard signs at vacant properties and taking quality photos for listings and marketing purposes. Managing and understanding the key and lockbox system for entry into properties. Monitoring days on market and proactively make suggestions and strategy changes to rent units faster. Explaining application process to potential applicants. Understanding Fair Housing Laws and Wisconsin landlord-tenant law and rental regulations Pre-moveout inspection reports and photos of rental units. Other office duties as needed. May be required to assist with several different functions as work requires OR travel to other areas as needed. We are looking for someone who is a team player, sales oriented, and dedicated to helping us to continue to grow while providing top-notch service to our owners and residents. This position reports directly to the Property Manager for the Green Bay zone.
Requirements:
Must be willing to work weekends and evenings as necessary. One full day during the weekend may be acceptable. Must have the ability to flex hours with vacancies during the busy summer months. Must be willing to do showings within our whole territory. Company vehicle will be provided for all showings. Highly motivated and responsible with the ability to work independently. Strong sales ability to interact with potential applicants in a way that encourages applications and minimizes vacancies. Must be able to communicate with potential applicants and understand the overall leasing process and property management business. Must be comfortable using technology and our property management and maintenance software systems. Team player willing to go the extra mile to help residents and/or Blue Frog. It is expected that you will be able to manage your time efficiently, and this position will some evenings and one weekend day.
Compensation:
Base pay of $18 to $21 per hour depending on experience.

Job Type:
Full-time (40 hours per week).
Schedule:
Days and evenings as needed; most schedules are mid-morning through early evening. Every weekend (one day) 40 hours per week; there is some flexibility with working four, ten-hour days OR five, eight-hour days.
License/Certification:
Driver's License (Required) with good driving record (required for insurance purposes).
Work Location:
In person (Green Bay zone) remote/road. Very little in-office work.
