What You'll Be Doing:

Confers with realtors, lending institution personnel, attorneys, buyers/borrowers, and sellers in order to facilitate and close real estate transactions Coordinates and manages a pipeline of files for closing, completes signatures/notary closings, and completes closing disbursements Responsible for assembling, preparing, and reviewing/verifying documents for real estate transactions Receipts and disburses funds in real estate transactions being certain that the escrow file balances What You'll Need to

Be Successful:
