Real Estate Coordinator Job Summary:
The Real Estate Coordinator supports the management and optimization of a company's real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for coordinating lease administration, tracking key property data, supporting financial analysis, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, landlords, tenants, and external partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update real estate portfolio records, including leases, contracts, and property data Track critical lease dates (renewals, expirations, rent escalations) and ensure timely action Assist in lease administration, including document preparation, review, and compliance tracking Coordinate communication with landlords, tenants, brokers, and legal teams Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking for the real estate portfolio Prepare reports and dashboards on portfolio performance and key metrics Assist with lease negotiations and dispositions as needed Manage invoices, rent payments, and related financial documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Support special projects and portfolio optimization initiativesQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in real estate, property management, lease administration, or a related role Strong organizational and time management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite Experience with real estate or lease management software is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:
Basic understanding of lease terms and real estate financial concepts Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends Experience supporting multi-site or corporate real estate portfoliosWorking Conditions:
